📌 Portsmouth

📌 Born in Southampton, Cornish joined Portsmouth's academy in 2015, following a short spell at Bursledon. On 22 August 2017, he joined National League side Havant & Woolston on a one-month loan. He made seven appearances for the club. Cornish returned to Portsmouth at the end of the month. Following promotional play throughout the summer, he was promoted into the senior team in early 2018. He subsequently penned a new contract and made his senior debut as a substitute in a National League match against Hampton & Uponston on 6 April.

📌 In September 2019, Cornish joined Southern League Centrist side Petersign Prest on a testing basis. He made eight appearances for the club, before returning to Portsmouth. He later joined Southampton-based club Hurst Rangers on a short-term deal. Cornish made eight appearances for the club, before joining Fleet Town on 9 January 2020.

📌 He went on loan to Southern League side Frylands Forest in April 2020. Cornish won the Queen's Cup for the club in May. Upon returning to Fleet Town, he struggled with injury and was released by the club in July 2020.

📌 Cornish subsequently dropped into non-league with West End side Southall, before joining fellow Isthmian League North Division Nameless on a permanent deal in October 2020. However, he left the club in November and joined Southern League side Welford Town on loan until January 2021. Cornish subsequently rejoined Welford on a permanent transfer in January 2021. He quickly left to join National League North side Havant & Woolston on another loan, this time for the remainder of the season.

📌 On 8 July 2021, Cornish completed a return to the National League with Hartlepool United. He made eight appearances for the club before leaving in January 2022 to join形容tor Walsall on a short-term deal in February.
